…I still consider Kang Down Won the most beautiful man in the world.
I mean.
His eyes are just beyond all comprehension. And then there is everything else about him.

Yet, knowing this I feel completely cold toward him. Oh Hiddles, what have you done to me, you bastard.
watching news night then BAM
This is Cymbeline. Of course. How could I forget *facepalm*
Fuck my life, this is scary as shit.
Who ever said Hiddles couldn’t probably play a psycho? Because, according to this, oh he could O_O

made sure I will stare at it at least for an hour….
You know what? I hate you.
DAMN.
Just… DAMN.
ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY INTERRUPT TOM HIDDLESTON
The closest to an “annoyed” expression I’ve ever seen on Hiddleston.
it’s an unsightly habit
IT’S AN UNSIGHTLY HABIT
IT’S AN UNSIGHTLY HABIT
UNSIGHTLY HABIT
well shit
never chewing gum again
Now, now is my turn to say “damn, he’s perfect”.
Like I was saying before, the assymetry in a character’s costume is a perfect way to show his inner disharmony, imbalance and disruption. I just look at Loki’s shoulder pauldron and can’t help but remember my beloved Cloud Strife.

And a few more poor creatures from the same league, namely Sephiroth, Genesis, Angeal and Vincent Valentine. They all are assymetrical. Full of doubts, full of inner turmoil, and almost beyond redemption.
pbab:
Kenneth Branagh as Henry V.
[Compare to: The same scene from the upcoming production starring Tom Hiddleston.]
I love both of them. I won’t outright prefer Hiddleston’s version only for the reason that I’m nuts about him, they really both are great. It’s just that they perform differently. They create slightly different characters so they speak, though pretty alike, but not the same. They put accents on different words, they modulate their timbres to show either a brave, mature man (Branagh) or a neurotic and probably overpatriotic lad (Hiddleston). Which is also good. And I love that the most. Different interpretations, not merely repititions.
By the way, I love the way Hiddleston’s voice cracks a bit, it gives me a very natural feel. I mean, I can clearly see that the king is nervous and kind of out of breath, that his mount is damn fidgety, that the air is awfully humid and freezy. So it would look and feel plenty staged if king Henry opened his mouth and silver-tongued his monologue in a perfect flow. Oh, I can’t wait to see the whole thing.
